We carry out all types of technical maintenance for our customers within our flexible and efficient service contact systems (SLA). This system allows us to process customer requests of almost any types with high quality standards.
Our approach to technical maintenance is based on identifying priorities of problems occurring during our customers’ communication infrastructure operation.
Our Technical Support Center facilities allow us to provide our customers with a full range of services in the following directions:
● remote high qualified engineering technical support;
● repair and accelerated substitution of hardware; and
● technical support at a customer’s platform.
Service requests for support are accepted on the 24/7 basis.
