He has been working for Inline Telecom Solutions since 2006. He is responsible for warranty and post-warranty maintenance of hardware and software and solutions according to contract obligations to customers (operators of fixed-line telephony, mobile, wireless and satellite communication) as well as development of the Technical Support Center strategy. Oleg has been in the telecommunication business for 15 years. He graduated from the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and has an MBA degree in Marketing and Management from the Moscow International Higher School of Business. Before Inline Telecom Solutions he had been head of Subscription Department of the Moskow Communiation Company (МСС — SkyLink) and had been responsible for all tasks regarding customer service of the federal mobile operator. |
